With us, your dog is in the right hands! We treat your dog necessarıly as our own dogs... as a family member.
Our team consists of a solid tribe of 4 people. The Turkish / German mix has a strong influence on how the dogs work and how they handle them. With our European attitude we set accents in the area dog hotel in Turkey.
We are pleased about our international customers and can communicate with them multilingual in Turkish, English and German. Thus, language barriers are excluded in advance.

AKKEM - team
A new beginning is not always easy and sometimes brings unexpected things with it...
Thus AKKEM, the new cat & dog hotel in Alanya / Tepe, will also have a new start in 2020 with her, the new owner and management.
Together with her partner Kadir ERTEKİN, Emine ERTEKİN is very much looking forward to introducing you to the new animal hotel with many changes and new, innovative concepts.
Emine ERTEKİN's claim is that your pet, whether cat or dog, will feel comfortable here.
Kadir ERTEKİN founded the cat & dog hotel and training center AKKEM in Alanya in 2010. Since then he has been passionate about it and is constantly expanding it.
In the last 10 years, he has already built up a considerable number of regular customers with his work.
With his compassionate and consistent style, he also trains dogs in basic obedience.
Kerstin ÖZDEL has one dog & two cats and has been part of the AKKEM team since December 2017. Her dog was a guest in the Dog Hotel in Alanya. The consistently positive experiences that she has made have prompted her to volunteer to expand the offer in the cat and dog hotel.
As a certified dog trainer, her passion is basic dog training and puppy training. At AKKEM she is also responsible for the implementation of events for the dogs and their keepers.
Zeki is our dog groom and the good soul of AKKEM.
He is responsible for ensuring that the facility is always clean and that the dogs do not lack anything.
Zeki also takes care of the reception of the new guests and takes care of the necessary formalities.
He is present around the clock on the site and has 24 hours a watchful eye and ear for his charges.
